This term the Grade twos are learning about how to create a successful game. Students will look at a variety of games and all of the aspects that make a game successful. At the end of the unit, in small groups, students will create their own games focusing on the equipment, space, rules, inclusiveness and engagement aspects.

The grade twos will continue to further explore different actions in athletics and begin to understand how these actions affect movement efficiency. They will explore and  make connections to Athletic events discussing similarities and differences. Students will also discuss the need for safety rules for equipment use, and practise appropriate safety skills and procedures.
