Try and do as many of the exercises to earn as many points as you can!

Minute to win it: Sit up and score challenge!

 Find a timer, pair of socks and any object to use as your goal. 

Set yourself up at least 1 metre away from your goal.

Set your timer for 1 minute (60 seconds) and begin trying to score 10 goals!
