“Red Light, Green Light.”

When the song says “green light”, you must move your body in any way you choose (dance, run, hop, jump, jog, skip etc!)

When the song says “red light”, you must freeze.

Dance it out to Blinding Lights and get your heart rate up!

‘River and Bank!’

Create a line on your floor (tape, a line of objects like books/teddies, chalk etc). Choose which side of the line is the “river” and which side is the “bank.”

Yoga activity!

Fitness Bingo!

1. Look at the bingo grid and complete 5 exercises in a row (horizontally, vertically or diagonally). To win, these must be done correctly! If you are unsure of any of the exercises, Youtube is a great resource to show you 🙂                                           
2. Whoever completes the 5 first using the correct technique, wins the challenge!

Obstacle Course!

1. Set up an obstacle course inside or outside using any objects you can run around, jump over, or dodge and put a try line at the end. (chairs, toys, books, pillows etc). can run around, jump over, or dodge and put a tri line at the end.

2. Find an object to run with to score a tri (ball, balloon, soft toy etc).

3. Run through your course as quickly as you can to score a Tri!

Learn to juggle!

1.  Practice with 2 balls/objects first. (You can juggle with any object so use a scrunched up paper ball if you need to)     
2. Take your time to practice!! This is an acquired skill, it takes time, patience and resilience!
