Find a towel, timer, pair of socks and any object to use as your starting point. 

Set your towel out flat, at least 1 metre away from your starting point. 

Set your timer for 1 minute (60 seconds) and begin trying to throw your socks onto the towel 8 times!

Reflect on your performance, did you beat the timer?

If not, try again! If it is too easy, challenge yourself by;

– moving further away from your towel – doing more than 1 star jump/changing your exercise (do a burpee instead!) 

-set yourself the task to fold your towel more than 8 times.
